Free Shipping to the Continental USA & Canada
All standard production-model water features—including our wall-mounted fountains, freestanding water walls, and stone indoor waterfalls—ship FREE to the Continental United States and Canada.

Custom-built water features require a freight quote, which will be provided with the water feature quote.

Canadian shipments may include an additional handling fee for customs processing. All GST and local taxes are the responsibility of the Canadian consignee.

Most Adagio Water Features ship via trusted freight carriers to ensure safe, reliable delivery of our heavy stone and glass components.

Standard freight transit time is typically 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

Free Shipping Policy
All indoor water features shipped within the Continental United States and Canada qualify for free standard shipping, provided the item is a production model.
Expedited shipping is available upon request.
Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.
To receive a quote for orders outside the Continental U.S., please provide:

We cannot provide an accurate quote without this information.
The customer is responsible for all international duties, taxes, or import fees.
Some countries may require up to 72 hours to receive freight carrier responses.
Truck Delivery (Freight Shipping Information)
Many of our larger stone water walls and freestanding fountains ship via freight due to weight and size. Please review the following guidelines:
Scheduling Your Delivery

The freight carrier will call prior to arrange a delivery appointment.

Missed appointments may incur a redelivery fee charged by the carrier.
Inspection Upon Delivery

Inspect all crates, pallets, and boxes before signing the delivery receipt.

If you see or suspect damage, mark the delivery receipt as “Damaged” or “Possible Damages.”

Contact Adagio Water Features immediately and provide photos of the crate and damaged components so replacements can be shipped quickly.
Curbside Delivery

Freight shipments are delivered curbside only.
-
Drivers are not required to move the crate up a driveway or into a home or building.
-
Plan to have at least two people available to move larger stone components.
Additional Carrier Services
Any special services—inside delivery, storage fees, re-consignment requests, or non-standard handling—are the responsibility of the customer.
Expedited Shipping Policy
Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable if delays occur due to factors outside the carrier’s control, including:

Weather or natural events

Customs inspections
-
Incorrect addresses

Transportation network disruptions
-
Security or regulatory delays
-
Labor strikes
-
Acts of God or unforeseen hazards
Some remote destinations may not qualify for guaranteed service.
During peak holiday periods (the day after Thanksgiving and December 18–24), guaranteed delivery windows may be extended by 90 minutes.
Damaged Shipments
While freight damage is rare, it is critical that you inspect your shipment upon delivery.
If damage occurs:
- Note the damage on the Delivery Receipt
- Accept the shipment
- Take photos of the crate and damaged parts
- Report the issue to Adagio Water Features within 48 hours
Replacement parts are shipped once required photos are received.

Damage not reported within 48 hours is the customer’s responsibility.

Damage not noted on the delivery receipt may not be eligible for replacement coverage.

If you cannot inspect the shipment at the time of delivery, mark the receipt “Possible Concealed Damage.”
